We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add or remove any or all of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms and conditions before every purchase. Your continued use of this site and purchase of products on this site following the changes to these terms and conditions, will mean you accept those changes.
To be eligible to purchase products through this site, you must be aged 18 or over.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products on this site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.
- PLACING AN ORDER AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm that it is correct prior to placing your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement providing you with details of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure. We may not accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or there has been a violation of these terms and conditions. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this.
- OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
We will retain legal ownership of the products until full payment has been received in full. Legal ownership shall revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

DESPATCHING YOUR ORDER
We aim to despatch your order within 2 -3 working days. As each product is made to order there may be occasional circumstances where this may take longer. In the event that this happens, we will contact you to let you know.
Orders sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. UK orders over £40 are sent free of charge. Europe and Worldwide will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order.
Shipping rates are as follows:
|Destination||Regular parcels: up to 1kg||Large parcels: 1kg – 2kg|
On average, UK parcels will be delivered within 2 – 5 working days. For Europe, parcels are usually delivered within 5 – 10 working days and Worldwide is usually 10 – 14 working days. In the event that you do not receive your order within that time, please contact us and we will look into it for you. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
If your order is shipped outside the EU, customs charges and taxes may apply that you will be required to pay.
In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. Returns should be made within 7 days and products should be in their original condition and unused.
We will refund the price paid by you for the good delivered (excluding the initial delivery charge) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned order. Refunds will be made against the original credit/debit card used of via PayPal.
If you return products to us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned goods.
We cannot accept returned products that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you via email that no refund will be given and you will be responsible for arranging for the goods to be returned to you. This must be arranged within twenty eight (28) days of our email notification, after which the products will be disposed of.
If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered, we will happily exchange the items or offer you a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected
