Uhuru Skipping Club

When lockdown restrictions first started, gyms were forced to close, and we had no other option but to work out from home. I was worried about gaining weight and not being fit and healthy enough to fight COVID if I became ill. I decided to start skipping. A few of my friends joined in and this led to the Uhuru Skipping Club.

We now have 60+ women in our skipping club. They all have different goals and they are at different levels of fitness and body weight. However, we all have the same goal to be fit, healthy and to feel good in ourselves.

It is free to join the skipping club. Just fill in the contact form below and we will send you the full details on how you can be of our skipping club.

Let’s keep #fightingfit!

When I started formulating, I did not understand what I had to do. Since the formulation sessions I had with Neo. I am feeling more confident in making natural products. I totally love what I am doing!
